Dr. Steve Pate has been a practicing physician in Lincoln and Ouachita parish since 1994.  He and his wife Cheri have raised four children.  Dr. Pate has been a long-time member of the medical community and is currently Department Chairman of Radiology at North Louisiana Medical Center in Ruston.  Dr. Pate is the president of RCWM.

Dr. Pate has achieved multiple accolades and honors throughout his tenure having graduated summa cum laude from Louisiana Tech as well as being admitted to AOA (Alpha Omega Alpha) medical society graduating in the top 10% of his class.  Dr. Pate was a Berstein scholar at LSU - Shreveport School of Medicine.

Outside of work, he enjoys camping, fishing, hunting, reading, hiking, and gardening.
